Good bed, but awful delivery
Bed is really good, todler loves it. But delivery was awfull. They left our parcel otside even not near our door, thanks to our neighbours who told where is parcel and noone even call us. It was really unprofessional

My little girl loves her new bed!
After initially panicking half the bed was missing, customer service responded within 24 hours and reassured me the other half was scheduled for delivery. Perhaps the order confirmation could have made it clearer being delivered in 2 parts to save my confusion!
Anyway my little girl loves this bed and the shorty size fits perfect in her small bedroom. The quality is great and I love the side panels can be freely moved so I can ensure she doesn’t fall out bed (she has a habit of turning 180 degrees in her sleep).
Overall well worth the 5 stars from product to customer service.

Bel lettino, il mio bimbo di tre anni ci dorme alla grande, sembra robusto, un po scomode le spondine perché sono ad incastro e quando si rifà il letto bisogna toglierle e poi rimetterle, ampio il cassetto, bene i bordi arrotondati e protetti da gomma
